Marcus Carranza, Head Instructor - Lewisville
Goals: As an Instructor, I strive to instill the life skills of Taekwondo into students the way that has inspired me. Professionally, I aspire to one day be the owner of Lewisville ATA Martial Arts. As a student, my daily goal is to better myself with my Taekwondo training so that one day I might be a World Champion! I also hope to test for 4th Degree Black Belt in June 2011.
Education: After High School, I studied as an apprentice. And after several years of dedication to my craft, I became a Master Silversmith.
Hobbies: I love art and making art. I like Christian Rock music as well as any action film! I love to spend time with my family and strengthen my relationship with God.
Achievements: 3rd Degree Black Belt; Certified Instructor in June 2008; Level 3 Tournament Judge; Level 3 Weapons Judge; CPR Certified; 2010 State Champion in Creative Weapons. Favorite Weapon: the sword.
Advice: Dream big and make them your goals. Stay fit, smart, and take care of yourself so you can take care of those you love. Have fun and do what makes you happy!
